Love means never having to say you're sorry

saw this phrase in See Ning's msn nick, think its rather food for thought, so asked for her permission to put it in my blog (: indeed, love; true love - means you don't have to say you're sorry; becos' love is all-encompassing. I remembered one of my secondary school friend said this to me before : Love me for who I am, not for who you want me to be. In love, we learn to appreciate and accept the person for he/she is, be it strengths or imperfections. Nobody is a perfect being, and imperfection is a form of beauty; so when we really heart the person, we learn to appreciate (strengths, for these are what attracted us to him/her) as well as accept the imperfections ^_^ I believe that, we meet the person, and fall in love, becos we must learn to give and take; to appreciate and accept, being more open to differences. Even though the beginnings and perhaps, endings may not be likened to those in the fairy-tales that we've heard of, but, after each relationship, I believe it is a learning point; a lesson learnt, which will also, lead to us to grow and mature, into a better and stronger person. At least, for me, it is (:
